Popular Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala, who is currently making a comeback in Tamil as Dhanush�s arrogant mother-in-law in Maapillai after doing a number of mega hits like Bombay, Indian, Muthalvan and Baba, will be soon seen in Malayalam for the first time!

She makes her debut in Malayalam with noted art house Malayalam director Shyamaprasad's next film tentatively titled Electra in which she plays a very crucial role as Nayantara�s mother. Prakashraj plays Manisha's husband.

National award winning music director Ousepachan will score music. Starring Nishan of Shyam�s Ritu fame as the hero, Electra is based on a Greek play. It is produced by Vindhyan under the banner of Rasika Entertainments. The film will start rolling in April.
